Teaching School Hubs were formed to enable partners and colleagues across all phases and sectors of education, to work collaboratively to achieve the best possible educational outcomes for our learners.
Rainbow Teaching School Hub (RTSH) is proud to be leading on the recruitment, early career support and leadership training for the Sefton, Knowsley and St. Helens region, working with more than 85% of the schools in its Hub area.
Since its launch in Sept 2021, Rainbow Teaching School Hub has supported over a thousand Early Career Teachers through the Early Career Programme with the help of their mentors and expert facilitators. Taking over from the Local Authorities, the RTSH has also acted as the Appropriate Body to support the formal induction assessment of many of those ECTs. It has also supported the professional development of more than 1500 colleagues, via participation across the full suite of National Professional Qualifications.
Rainbow Teaching School Hub has developed strong partnerships with NPQ Lead providers, enabling all participants to access the highest quality content and resources, to support their learning.
Rainbow Teaching School Hub works closely with all of its strategic partners across the network including Research Schools, Curriculum Hubs and other CPD providers in the North West, ensuring its schools can access learning and expertise to enable teachers and school leaders to successfully deliver the best possible outcome for every pupil.
