Who we are:
Welcome to Rainbow Teaching School Hub, based in the North West of England. We proudly support schools and trusts across Liverpool, The Wirral, Sefton, St Helens, and Knowsley, working with partners to recruit, retain, and develop great teachers and leaders. Rainbow Teaching School Hub is proud to be an Associate College of the National Institute of Teaching.
From Initial teacher training and early career teachers to senior leaders, we deliver high-quality professional development that makes a real difference in classrooms and communities. Our mission is simple: at the Rainbow, we flourish together as we listen, learn, lead, lift and love.
Our vision is for every child, whatever their background or circumstance, to reach their potential and be ready for the next stage of life. Guided by our values — Excellence, Endurance, Friendship, Wisdom and Trust — we believe flourishing is a shared journey. Inspired by the Greek concept of Zoe and the Zulu philosophy of Ubuntu, we recognise that true growth comes through community, connection, and collaboration.
At Rainbow Teaching School Hub, we are committed to creating spaces where teachers, leaders, children and communities can thrive together.
